While installing additional batteries I accidentally shorted the red/black inputs. After resetting the breakers I discovered a 0 Ohm short between the battery inputs of both EG4 6500EX-48 inverters. Is there a way to reset or otherwise fix these?

Is the inverter picking up any voltage from the batteries?
If the inputs on the inverter were shorted out, the only option would be to replace the inverter.
@eg4eric No, the batteries either go into Protected Mode or the breaker immediately trips.
The inputs read a dead short across the Red/Black inputs.
I have pretty much assumed I will have to replace the inverters.
