When I try to start up my system, the LCD display on my EG4 3kW Off-Grid Inverter remains blank. I can hear the fan blowing but nothing else.  I am using an EG4 battery and the Inverter use to power up OK.  Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated.

Please attach close up pictures of your wiring terminations.

@frugal-farmer Really hard to do.  wires go from grid circuit breaker to Reliance Controls Emergency Power Transfer Switch Kit Model 30216BRK.  From there to the inverter and of course the wires from the battery go to the inverter.

Just to confirm, when you flip the switch located under the inverter to turn it on, the screen doesn’t power on. Is that correct?

That sounds like an internal issue. I recommend reaching out to your distributor.
