12kPv (fw: EAAB-2021) + two 14.3 KW wall mount (Closed Loop / Volt)

Application is TOU exclusively. For the time being I have "Batt Charge Control" set to "Volt"

"AC Charge Based On" set to "Time"

Every morning the Inverter has started its charge on time @ 09:30

Last night I decided to set the "AC Charge Based On" to "Time+SOC/Volt"

I was told by SS that this setting means it will be scheduled for Time OR SOC/Volt

The Inverter did NOT start at 9:30, I finally went in to settings, changed the "AC Charge Based On" back to "Time" only and then reset the start time to be 2 minutes beyond that moment.

The inverter then started to charge (as expected)

Am I misinterpreting "Time+SOC/Volt"? This was the ONLY adjustment made.

Appreciate guidance, welcome to test options to help identify potential anomaly

In my experience when Wall Mount battery is set to lithium (closed loop) the battery voltage settings do not work - only SOC triggers charging: "Battery SOC and Time (according to)"

On the other hand when battery is set to Lead Acid (open loop) only Voltage settings work:

"Battery Voltage and Time (according to)", SoC doesn't do anything.

Hope that helps.

Thank you, I was thinking it could be conflicting with another setting.
