I not able to connect to the dongle at 10.10.10.1. Was able to WiFi connect to it and app seems to struck at “dongle connect” and no page at 10.10.10.1
Tried all possible solutions out there but no luck.

Make sure you are connecting the dongle to a 2.4GHz network. It does have to be separate from the 5G network.
I am not even able to get dongle launch the config page which would allow me to config my WiFi settings.
my phone is able to WiFi connect to the dongle but nothing after that.
for more clarity:
Already have a 18kPV inverter setup, which was purchased from signature solar, up and running since almost a year now.
Recently, I added another 18kPV inverter, which was purchased from ussolarsupplier.com, added to this setup. And this is where I am running into the dongle setup to home WiFi for online monitoring.
Does the dongle need to be activated with customer code, SN and PIN setup from the eg4 app? If so where can this be done without creating/registering my EG4 credentials as I already have an EG4 monitoring account perfectly running for my existing setup.
Can I get some help please to resolve this?
