Unexplained short lasting load spikes

I have a Flexboss21 with the 280AH battery and my system was just placed in service 2 days ago.  I have been watching the monitoring app pretty closely to see how the system is functioning and also to get my setup working the way I would like it to.  One thing I have noticed that concerns me is 2 to 3 times each day (24 hours) the system is showing a 6kW to 7kW load spike that lasts one reporting cycle (~4min).  The last one occurred a little after 1:54am this morning.  The load before and after this event was less than 600W.  In looking at the data, there was a vBus2(V) dip and a Vbat_Inv(V) dip at the same time.  The spike is definitely something going on within the Inverter battery system.  At this time of day, the battery is supplying the house load.  The battery SOC graph shows a much steeper decline rate during this interval as well, so it to be a real load.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Are you able to share your station name or inverter's serial number with me so I can look into this issue for you?

Do you notice the power going out or lights flickering?

Station name is Anderson Solar and the Serial number is 5400E0146.   The last event happened at 2 in the morning, we were in bed sleeping, but I have not seen any indication that we had any sort of momentary power outage.  Either yesterday mid afternoon or the day before we had another similar event.  No flickering or momentary power outage.  However, I did go out into the garage where our inverter and battery are installed and the inverter fans were running (they usually are not running). I felt the inverter and it was quite warm when usually it is fairly cool.

We live in Phoenix, AZ so this time of year our only load are lights. computers and a pool pump.  That's why our normal load is so low.

Another load spike is happening right now.  Inverter fans are running.  The load jumped up to 6676W according to the monitoring app.

I believe I have discovered my mystery load.  I installed a new high efficiency water heater last year.  It has a 24.1amp load when it goes into heating mode.  It only runs when we use any significant amount of hot water and then briefly every few hours to maintain temp.  I believe this is the source of my load spikes.
