WTF?! finished install of a brand new 6000xp, Display shows "all good", but no voltage at Load AC breaker ?!

....really pissed off about this, and wondering if others have had a similar issue with any 6000xp delivered DOA ?

I energized a new unit in the shop, set all parameters, configured dongle, etc. Installed (off-grid), wired everything up, powered up batteries, powered up 6000xp, turned on PV in, turned on load output breaker, turned on EPS "on".....

Display shows all-green, no errors, sees battery voltage, sees PV voltage, sees EPS on/off enabling/UPS on display..... BUT THERE IS NO AC VOLTAGE AT LOAD OUTPUT BREAKER TERMINALS ???!!!

any ideas, or am I looking at eating labor hours to remove/return/replace ?

Call Signature Solar tomorrow and get them to log in to your system to look at it.

I have three of the 6000xp's and never had one issue.

Take a shot of the screen and post it to your post.

Would you be able to post a few pictures on how the system is connected?

@jared, I updated firmware to ccaa-190D0E, and have been able to get the system going. However, I am not seeing a correct CC-CV charge curve for LFP using open loop charge control by voltage w

battery type= lead-acid

charge=56.2, float=54, eq=54 days=0 time=0

241126 bad float w ccaa 190D0E

just pinging you @Jared . firmware 190D0E charge control by voltage still showing inconsistent end-of-charge behavior I am NOT HAPPY about what the 6000xp charge control may be doing to my batteries long term life. I want to see Vcharge=56.2 once per day, and float at 54.0
