Really liking the concept and products I am seeing out of EG4. Also, love the idea behind Projects first planning. Could EG4 consider adding a competitive play against SPAN's electrical Panel?

Making almost a whole home ecosystem.

Thoughts?

Possibly, and I will definitely pass this idea along to the team!

As a data nerd; I LOVE IT!!!    For me the biggest issue would be how much would it cost to have it installed!   I'm sure it would be well beyond the purchase price in most cities.  There is professional Certified Electrician, permit taking, inspections, etc, etc $$$$  but a very, very welcome piece of kit!

This would absolutely be a game changer!!!  I would go a step further and develop a EG4 Smart Panel with the power management features of the FlexBoss (fully integrated or modular).  This would provide a single power hub integrating the varous power delivery (Grid, Solar, Battery and Generator) components and power consumption monitoring and control into a single power hub (EG4 HubBoss?).  One app to monitor and control the full power ecosystem.

Every new home being built or existing home power upgrade needs to allow monitoring and control of every circuit to give home owners the data and control needed to reduce consumption in both normal and backup power scenarios.  It aslo needs to be future proofed with a product like this allowing additioonal power sources to be added over time.

How about working on integrating with existing smart panels, like the Leviton?
