I am trying to setup my 6000xp. I keep getting a 00 code with a red fault light and a sad face (also literally). Is there a way to reset the inverter and clear the code. Online tech support has been terrible and this has been going on for over1 week with no power. Help???

According to the manual I think this is a battery communication fault.  What type of batteries are you using? Could you post pictures of the comm connections at the battery(ies) and at the inverter?

Thank,

JB

Sometimes the easiest solution is the best solution.
Sometimes not.

Had the same issue, I took my inverter to my provider (Current Connected ) they took care of it in few hours, they said when I tried to update the file was not downloaded correctly (whatever that means) and caused an error during the update.

From your description, the inverter is throwing an internal communication fault. Feel free to send me a DM of the serial number for the inverter and I can take a look.

@jared Were you able to identify the problem. I just sent an email to tech support for what I think is the same issue. If you don't mind, I'll send details to you as well.
