I have a battery that will not power up, I requested an RMA but it has been a week and a half and still no RMA has been issued. has anyone else encountered an issue like this? I need to get this battery replaced so I can get my system up and running. I do not want to lose out on the incentives that end this year.

@dougkellis. Hi Doug, i also have a battery that seems dead. Mine is an EG4 all weather 280A wall mount and i also need to get a new one in warranty since it is only a few months old. Which kind is your battery?
I have the EG4 14.3 kWh Power Pro. EG4 has been very good at responding to my issue. It took a few days (less if you consider business days 🙂 ) to get me the RMA to ship it back. Now I am working to get it packaged up, (boxed and palletized) to ship back. I expect to have it ready to go on Monday. I am hoping that the return evaluation goes smoothly and the replacement battery arrives within a month or so. I will keep this channel updated if there are any hiccups. Good luck with your return.
