Battery No. 2: CMOS: OFF: ALARM STATUS: Charging high temperature alarm; PROTECTION STATUS: Charging over temperature protection.

 Any ideas how to get them back online?  I'm off grid so we dont have any power unless we have the solar system going.  THank you.

What firmware are the batteries running on?

If you have not updated them to the latest firmware which is 3.40, I would advise for you to do that first.

@eric

Downloaded last week and installed in all 4 batteries.  I'm not at the farm but the file I uploaded is: YS00_AW0340_Hw207_Update_NoSisVolt.binc

Called the retailer Signature Solar and basically said it was a BMS issue that will send a card to replace. I'm overseas so sending them back is not an option.  Said to try to charge at a low amp, say 10amp but dont have an external charger.  Can I do one by one from the power that I get from my 2 EG4 3000 inverters even though the LifePower4 has the red LED light on?

Are you able to provide a screenshot of each battery using the BMT Test?
Make sure you include the firmware and the voltage of the batteries.
I will be showing these screenshots to our battery technicians for a solution.
