I am building a new off grid cabin and purchased 2 48v eg4's in a steel cabinet with 2 3000 watt chargeverters. My county inspector says I cant place the batteries inside the cabin and must be placed in a separate building unless I can get something in writing from the battery manufacturer that allows this.
What have others done regarding placing batteries inside the house?
EG4 doesn't reply to my emails.
