I just got the new EG4 battery updater box and am having a problem with getting the 485 firmware to load. The 232 comm file loaded without any problem but when I try the 485 update it trips the fault light.
I used battery comm for the RS232 update and the 485 input for the RS485 update.
Do I need to remove the RS232 update file from the device and try again even though the manual states you can have the .hex and .bin files on it ?
