Newbie Help, Missing Battery information on Monitor Center – Page 3 – Batteries

My system is an 18KPV (firmware 1E1E) plus 3 Indoor WallMount batteries (BMS Z02T03) This is a picture of a typical Monitor Center screen: My screen is missing the battery information with orange boxes around them. My comms cable (supplied with the inverter) is installed, At the main battery, I have selected CANbus protocol for EG4 and set the comms channel to 1. In the inverter, the battery type is Lithium and brand is set to 0:EG4. What am I doing wrong?

I have Wallmount batteries and switching the 'brand' to 01 brought this data up on my display.

I either overlooked that detail in the configuration process or it wasn't documented well. Either way, much better!

I have two Wallmount AllWeather batteries and the battery parameters never showed up for me.

I had lithium brand set to 0:EG4. Changed to 1 because of what I saw posted here and the battery parameters are displayed!

I had the same issue, but it begs the question: Why would you NOT set the battery type to EG4 rather than "1"? They are EG4 batteries. I have wasted a lot of time trying to figure this out.
