Generator is only powering loads but not charging battery? I did all firmware updates and complete shutdown/restart but Generator is still only powering the loads

What settings do you have configured for the Generator battery charge current; the Charge SOC/Voltage Start and Stop?

If you provide me with your inverter's serial number, I can review the settings and recommend any necessary adjustments.
