6000XP EPS Outputs Shut Down Randomly When Battery Type set to Lithium, Getting Frustrated

Hi all,

I have a pair of 6000XP inverters with a PowerPro Indoor battery. When my battery type is set for 2:Lithium, the Lithium type is 1. The EPS output that powers my house shuts off randomly for 5-10 seconds.  This may happen once a day mostly at night. I've tried other CAT5 cables, had Signature Solar check my settings, the inverter firmware is ccaa-19D0E.  There are no error messages in the logs when this happens.

I was told that I shouldn't have to upgrade the battery firmware, so I haven't yet. This never happens when I have the battery type set to Lead- Acid. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Are any errors or warnings being reported when this is happening? My immediate thought would be EPS overload as the one Indoor Wallmount would not meet the recommended >200Ah per inverter with the 6000XP and effectively leaving you with a max of 10,240W that would be available from battery power. This would be due to the max discharge power available being 200A with one Indoor Wallmount.

Hi Jared, Thanks. When this happens my EPS output load is usually only 300 - 400 Watts. Sometimes lower. There are no errors listed in the Event History list.  The only thing I was able to find was in Data History. When it happens, Vact(V)= 307.3 and Veps(r)(V) = 0.   Usually the Vact(V) is 23555.3.   So, I don't know if those values are just a result of what is going on.

Thanks for the help!

I'm attaching the data file. Look at line 297 -

It looks like the master inverter has less PV available then the secondary inverter. I would recommend making the inverter with two arrays as the master inverter to see if this corrects the issue.
