One more thing to add.

We are building a new house and every time I plug the generator into the 6000XP a ground fault outlet in the house trips. I found a neutral bond under the cover of the generator and removed it. Now the GFI didn't trip. I set the inverter to be the bonding point in the program setting. Is this a common thing to do?

Good news, the system is changing!

From this picture can you determine how much charge is going to the batteries?

Could I increase the charge rate?

@johnnyg There are some settings that will increase the charge limits to the battery.  I am not certain if they are available on the screen or the phone app.  You may need to set them through the monitor portal.  You will also need to be very careful about not sending too much current to the batteries and/or drawing too much current from the gen.  It kinda looks like the battery charge limit is currently at 30A.

Do you have access to be able to use the web monitor?

Do you have to manually start and stop the generator? Or is there a way to have it auto start when the batteries get down to a set point?
