I noticed that when I created an account i was missing common settings. I guess these are the installer settings. So after trying to edit the user rights from end user to installer i inadvertently deleted my user. now im locked out. If i try to create a new account it tells me the dongle is already in use.

This has been resolved by EG4, the dongle serial number has been reset.
