I have a pair of 6000 XPs with Wi-Fi dongles. One has a serial number starting with BG, and the other with BJ; their current firmware versions are both at V2.02, and both are successfully connected to my station. I can connect my iPhone to their Wi-Fi networks. I then go to my iPhone E4 monitoring app, select Dongle Connect and then Bluetooth Connect. I then select the corresponding Bluetooth address. I get the next corresponding screen. After a few seconds, it loads the Server selection at the bottom of the screen, then spins for another 10 seconds without displaying the firmware version.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Used a second iPhone with a fresh install, but the result is always the same. I even stepped off my Apple pedestal and installed the app on my son's Android phone, but it still did not work. Not sure what to try next. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
