I currently have a flexboss21 with a gridboss, 3- EG4 280 ah indoor batteries, 30 Canadian Solar panels hooked up and running for about 4 months now all has been fine and have been doing net metering. I bought 2 new 314 batteries to add to the mix. I added them to the system putting them as the Master and 1 then the 3 280s follow 3,4,5. The wiring drawings are a bit confusing as the wording is different then the pictures illustrated in the manuals. I currently have the inverter cat5 going to CAN then port 1 has a terminator, port 2 feeds the next 314 to port 1 then port 2 goes to my 280 and those daisy chain through the battery comms. The wire from the 2ed 314 and all the 280s have only wires 7 and 8 hooked up in the cat wire. I made them and tested them with a meter they all tested 7-7,8-8. After getting it going and batts all to 100%. It seems to work great except for AC charge. It will not allow more then 31 Amps. All my settings are correct and been checked about 10 times. I have tried other methods i have seen others post that they were told to do from signature solar and still it does not work. I switched protocols on the batts to Lux  on the 280s still no go. The batteries are currently at 20% and the BMS is sitting at 31Amps. For all i have gathered this is a comm issue with why the BMS is not doing its thing. I have power cycled everything several times in the correct order and all and still it will not budge. Please help I have emailed and tried calling support to no answer. I guess i should have just stuck with 2 more 280s and kept it all the same but was liking the little additional battery capacity. Hope I can get this fixed otherwise I just have to run them in voltage which is not ideal.

Got it fixed the 314's needed a firmware update it seems. Eg4 forced a update and system is working flawless. Awesome help as always.
