Does anyone have any advice on how to get EG4 support to respond to me? I was shipped an EG4 6500EX from Signature Solar that was missing the extender boxes for the bottom of the unit to secure the battery and PV wires with wire glands. I contacted Signature Solar over 6 weeks ago and put in the request for the boxes. After a couple of weeks of harassing Signature Solar, they told me that EG4 wasn't giving them any information and then gave me the EG4 ticket number and had me EG4 directly. The only way that I could see to do that was to fill out the web form, in which I gave them the ticket number and asked when my parts might be shipped. A couple of weeks later, I received a note asking if I still needed help. I responded that I did and again asked when I might get my parts. It's been over two weeks since I received and responded to that email and all I'm getting is crickets. Just in case EG4 reps look in this space, the EG4 ticket number is 68362.
