Hi Everyone,

Rookie here, setup my first system at home with an Electricians who had limited solar installation experience.  Mention this as it could be important given.

I have a FlexBoss 21 (w/ GridBoss) and two PowerPro 14.8kw/h exterior batteries.  My 17KW solar array has been working great for the past 2.5 weeks and quick electric service losses have seen no issue.

Ok, so to the issue at hand!  So today, at around 7PM the power goes out and the batteries kick in as expected.  About 2 hours later all of a sudden all the lights in my house go dark.  I go check the inverter and all the indicator lights are off; the system is fully out of power. Meanwhile both my batteries read around 46.5v and 0% SOC.  This is obviously very concerning as I have 30KW of battery stored but my draw since they kicked in was only ~6KW.  Looking at the data log I see nominal performance with usage between 4-6kw/h until things just go south very fast.

I'm hoping someone here can give me some guidance on how to proceed here and determine a root cause for my problem.  I've included the data log for reference in hopes that some of you can make sense of some of the more technical columns.

Appreciate the support!

UPDATE: I should add, that after the system event I switched to voltage charging and set it to 56.2 last night.  Since then, the system has charged the batteries ~32kw.  So I had a 6kw drawdown from 100 to 0 and now a charge of ~31kw.  I'm starting the think my batteries were severely unbalanced and the BMS had no clear indication of what was true 100%.  My electrician might have never performed a full balanced charge?

UPDATE #2: I tighten the lugs on the battery cables going from the primary to the inverter.  Ran some tests down to 40% and it seems to have corrected the issue.  Will post back with further findings.
