I've installed the eg4 monitoring app. We have a grid boss and battery system, each of which have a dongle. When trying to create an account, both dongles report as invalid SN or pin.

I'm taking that info from the stickers on the side of the dongles. Is there something I'm missing?

Can you provide the SN and the pins of both dongles, and I will check if they have been registered. If they aren't, I can register them for you and add them to your station.

Same thing happening to me. Now after inadvertently deleted my user name I could not get the user name back nor re-resistor  my dongle.
