Anyone else notice this or are you able to use electricity when using a generator to recharge your batteries?

I saw another post of yours, looks like you are using the 3000EHV?

I am not familiar with them nut based on the manual I am guessing that maybe setting 16?

16 is at SNU. Thanks but checked that already. Guess I will call Signature Solar soon. If they can fix these with software I will report back here what their findings were.

Do you have setting #3 set to GNE?

Sometimes this does require a firmware update depending on what firmware the inverter is on.

Thanks, yes...3 is a GNE. 

We have finally figured out what was stopping utility/generator charging when NOT in "standby mode"! A tech over at Signature Solar advised lowering setting 43 (point back to utility) from it's original setting of 50% batteries charged state to 25%.  Apparently we had been testing with the batteries always above 50% charged. Setting it to 25% has even allowed charging past 50% if/when desired.
