I'm in the initial setup phase of my GB/FB21. If I run as Lead Acid everything works. I have six of the old type (single pos/neg post) EG4 100ah rack mount batteries. ID#1-#6. I upgraded the firmware on all six this morning. I have them hooked up with a standard Cat5 cable to the "Bat Com" port in the flexboss. I've tried 2:Lithium #0=EG4 and 2:Lithium #1="blank" and I still get the comm failure. If I change the setting to 1:Lead Acid it charges just fine. I can hear the relay click and the green light stops flashing when I do this. I have a Gridboss as well but it has not been hooked up yet. Any ideas?
