I had a big storm roll through last night here in Ohio and lost power around midnight for some unknown amount of time. It was long enough to appear in the history:
Again, there is no information on the monitor site's Event History that my inverter lost grid power:
This weekend I updated my inverters firmware to the latest. This had to make a firmware update through a firmware version that I couldn't match up to final version eAAB-2021. Now after being on that latest version as of yesterday, I had turned off my grid power (flipped house main breaker) to be able to safely upgrade my stove outlet wiring from 3 to 4 wire and within a few seconds I get a notification on my phone from my EG4 monitor app that my grid connection is lost!
Finally! The firmware update appears to have fixed my notifications not working. After I turned my grid power back on, I also got another notice that AC power was back. And look! I also get a logged event again:
@thomaspugmail-com Not at the moment, but as soon as we do, it will be posted on our website. I know that the LCD V18 firmware adds the Gridboss option in the settings and corrects the wattage numbers on the inverter's display.
Yesterday night (6/18) we had some big storms roll through Ohio and our grid power went out a few times during the course of the storm. At least 3 times it went out. I did not receive any notifications from the inverter that the power was out. Checking on the website, I don't see anything listed for it either:
So great. Notifications are broken again. Any ideas on how to fix notifications?
