@eric Followed these instructions and the battery screen does not change. Tried this many times.

I would recommend reaching out to your distributor for a replacement. You shouldn't have any issues getting to that screen.

@eric That didn't work, but I received support from Signature Solar and was able to get this battery connected to my 6kXP. My battery is a V1 LL. Thank you for all of your efforts.

Battery issue solved with the help of you all and Nathan at Signature Solar. My battery is a ver. 1, LL, it is now connected and talking to my new 6kXP, monitoring app A okay. Now on to installing new solar panels and sending all of my power to a subpanel. Super exciting for me. Thank you for the support.
