Trouble connecting EG4 dongle SN: DJ42604943. The Wi-Fi LED flashes green and the other two are off. When I first attempted to connect it via my iPhone 15 it appeared in my Wi-Fi without internet connection. Now it is not in my Wi-Fi on my phone, and it will not reboot and reappear in the Wi-Fi on my phone or tablet. I have been using the EG4 WIFI DONGLE configuration and troubleshooting guide to no avail. How do I reset this dongle when the reset button does not do anything (the green light just flashes continuously.) I do not see a setting in the 6000XP inverter (brand new) to reset it, I'm guessing that's what I need to do.

Hold the reset button located under the dongle for about 3-5 seconds. Make sure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz band. Make sure you follow the instructions on the following image. If you are still having trouble, please let me know! I'd be happy to provide assistance.

Followed instructions just now and previously, same result, the dongle doesn't pop up in mobile device (iPhone 15) Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi light on the dongle flashes uninterrupted (at least while plugged into a powered-on inverter.)

@eric Just received the new dongle will install after I resolve an issue with EG4 LL battery protocol setting and update firmware to match my 6kXP. Thank you.

@eric Need to clear my EG4 monitoring account of the old dongle. New dongle pops up on my iPhone just fine.
