This is an attempt to get support, we have put in a request for help a couple times now.
We have this unit that is not charging, keep shutting off, the batteries inside the unit are charged. We believe it may be the control board. Is there a way to have someone call or email us?

What voltage is the battery reading?

@eric It is reading 43.5V, it turns on for about 20 seconds then turns off.

That battery is pretty much completely depleted. You can try charging it with a 48V charger at a very low amperage. We do offer a 48V chargerverter that can charge up to 100A. You can contact one of our distributors for that. However, any 48V charger would work.
