@jared nevermind it only took 3 minutes and it already reset back to daylight savings YES.

@jared here you go, both are set and the same. in an hour when the daylight savings turns its self back to YES from NO i'll screenshot it again.

Old Thread but i'm having a this same issue, only when i manually change the time in all 3 places and since i'm in Arizona i turn OFF daylight savings...
