The 18kPv and the 6000XP cannot be paralleled together. To have 2 or more inverters communicating, they would need to be the same (Model) inverters.

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue. Does the battery screen turn on, but the battery fails to fully boot up? Or does it not turn on at all?
