@thomaspugmail-com You need either a LL-S, WallMount or a Lifepower4 V-2 battery.

Firmware on the inverter is two revisions behind: eAAB-1B1C

The dongle is physically plugged into my EG4 12kPV, so I doubt it lost power... its power comes from the inverter 😉
