It has been brought to our attention that unauthorized sellers are listing products advertised as EG4 products on Alibaba, AliExpress, and similar online marketplaces.
Please be aware that these products are not authentic EG4 units and are not eligible for warranty coverage or technical support through EG4.
EG4 does not sell products directly through Alibaba, AliExpress, or similar platforms, nor do we supply authorized resellers who utilize these marketplaces.
If you come across a listing that appears to be selling EG4 products through one of these platforms, please report it to us at [email protected] so our team can review it.
We appreciate your help in protecting customers from unauthorized and potentially counterfeit products.
