I have the newest wall mount indoor 48 V battery hooked to a 6000 XP and was wondering if an Apple laptop can be used with a serial cable to update the battery. And can more than one person have the e.g. for app on their phone? It seems like I can’t login using the credentials that were set up on another phone

Yes, as of now it is only through windows that you can update the firmware for the battery.

You should be able to log in on another device with the same username and password. So, you are able to log in on one phone but when you try on another phone, it doesn't let you log in?

@eric That is correct about the application the E G4 app. My cousin set up and logged in and when I use his credentials username/password it does not let me in. It says username or password error and I’ve gone over it precisely with my cousin. It is exactly what he puts for him to login on his phone  I just can’t figure it out. I can delete the app and reload it, but I don’t think that’s gonna matter

I had the wrong EG four app. Looks like everything is working fine now thanks for your initial reply. I appreciate it and what about that free upgrade firmware box. It looks like it does the Life powers. Is there one available for the wall mount indoor battery?

Try logging out of his phone, logging into your device first, and then logging back into his.

We've tested this multiple times, and it does allow the same account to be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously.

Let me know if this works, maybe we can try changing the password and trying again. You can also delete the app and reinstall and see if that helps.

@jp86gt There is not one for the WallMount batteries. If you need assistance with the firmware updating process, I'd be more than happy to help.

@eric appreciate the help Eric we’re trying to hunt down a Windows laptop. Since all we have is Apple equipment before we can do it we did receive the update serial cable though so we’ll be ready to go once we get a laptop and then I will definitely contact you
