I have a new 12000xp and 2 indoor batteries installed a few days ago.  My cycle count is already at 3 for one battery and 2 for the other. see below the invert firmware is ceaa-0507, batteries are 2.03.  The total battery output is only 22KW, which is basically 1 cycle.  Anyone else experience high cycle times?  Also the inverter correctly measures SOC of the combined battery but the batteries both have different calculations.  one says 63% the other 79% and inverter says 73%. I know theyre balanced because they have the same voltage so cant figure out why one calculates different from the other, if on the same firmware. anyone else seeing this?  Am I using the right firmware?

How do you have the batteries wired up and what gauge wire are you using?

@mikes-garage I wired it as per the 2 battery one inverter diagram. basically bat one is connected to inverter and bat 2 is connected 2 bat 1.  the cables are the ones that came with the eg4 wall mount batteries.  Cycle count is at 3 for each battery now but only total 30KWH discharged, which is closer to 1 cycle.  The counts seemed to have slowed down now, maybe it was done in testing or QC.  The system got a full charge and balanced so the discrepancy with the SOC has been fixed.  I think im all good

Make sure the battery's BMS (RS232) is updated with the latest firmware S02T11. You will need to check this using BMS Tools.
