Hey y'all,

I recently purchased the EG4 48v Indoor 280ah wall mount battery and 6000xp inverter bundle. I got them all installed just fine, but cannot get it configured for the life of me. I am completely off grid, but when trying to setup the "station" in the phone app, it auto-creates me as an end user. As an end user I can't make the necessary changes to be PV only. I have the PV array hooked up and it shows that there is voltage coming in form the panels, but it is not charging the battery. Has anyone run into this, or can anyone help me with the steps to get setup as an admin user? I know I have to unbind my dongle again, but lost as to what to do after that.

Thanks!

You’ll need at least 140V for the MPPTs to begin operating and charging the batteries.

Do you know if the voltage has gone above that threshold and it's still not charging?

@eg4eric I did actually get it worked out with Signature Solar support and rewired my panels from 3s2p to one series of 6 and that got me above the charging threshold for voltage. All good now, thank you!
