My new 12k solar unit blows cold AC but no heat, I did the testing that was asked for and submitted it with an RMA request 3 weeks ago as requested without any response other than acknowledging the receipt of the request. I tried emailing customer service again asking for an update, still no response. Brand new unit, it's getting cold here and I am becoming frustrated.
This is the 3rd unit I installed in my home, the other 2 have been working great for over a year now and I am sad.
Anyone have any insight on RMA's or why the unit blows ac cold all the time? Thanks

I apologize for the experience you are having with us. You can email [email protected] for an update or you can provide the RMA number, and I can check for an update on it. Make sure you check your spam folder as well.

@eg4eric Thank you sir,
I did check my spam folder.
My support ticket# is 143051
I am having a knee replacement on Dec. 2nd and will be laid up for a few weeks afterwards, if I need to return anything it will be difficult to uninstall it after that time so any update would be great.
Thank you Eric

@eg4eric Well. I sent off a few e-mails asking for an update and still not so much as a response, not sure what's up and it actually hurts to be completely ignored, doesn't take much to respond with, we are working on it. So another week goes by and I am left in the dark. Would you please check on it for me Eric when you get the chance? My rma support ticket# is 143051
Thank You
