@yooperjay Welcome to the team. This has been a consistent item (going on for 18 months) occurring with most of EG4 firmware releases.
For real fun, they almost never update the website to identify a new firmware (check out how old todays post if you do a search on firmware).
So each of us have to download the firmware regularly - unzip it - check dates - to try to figure if it is newer than what we have installed.
There doesn't seem to be a product manager for firmware that controls the process.
The EG4 support team is trying their best with limited info. We just need to understand and step up to fill the gap.
