The main EG4 site for this inverter does not list the latest firmware (according to this forum post: https://forum.eg4electronics.com/community/12kpv/eg4_faab-2021-2/#post-15462).
Where can I get the latest "EG4_FAAB-2021" firmware?
Also, where can I get version 20 LCD firmware?

After further investigation, I was able to find that you should be able to update the LCD remotely through the monitoring website as seen on the image below.
Let me know if you have any trouble with this.
You have more options than I do. Mine does not have a LCD Update section:
@eg4eric Sorry, really late in replying back to this. I got the LCD firmware updated (to version 18) a day following the firmware upgrade on the inverter.
