My system is a 18kPV with 2 solar strings and 48kWh(3 batteries) and in off-grid mode. Solar has backed off because batteries are full.

It's become hot enough to turn on the air conditioner and I have a UPS on a GFI outlet/circuit covering our Internet components and also has our washer/dryer on it.

The GFI outlet has other outlets down stream.

Is there anything in particular which would be causing the GFI outlet to trip every time the HVAC condenser turns on?

It's only a 3 ton HVAC condenser but I've read that there can be high harmonics when HVAC condensers, heat pumps or well pumps kick on.
Does anyone have any recommendation for a solid GFCI outlet I can try?

I was thinking of installing a soft-start on the condenser but that's a $300+ investment.
