I’m getting code 00 on the slave. I have two new 12000xp. I’ve tried switching master and slave but get the same results.

Try restarting the inverter completely by separating all power sources from it and turning it back on. If you still get the code after this, it would be best to contact your distributor for a possible replacement.

If you are getting the W00, then that is a communication failure with the battery. Meaning you would have to double check the paralleling cables between both inverters and make sure that you have the right settings for the slave inverter.
