Hallo Eric,

Thanks for reply.

Actually I wanted to use dry port to trigger the external relay switch based on the SoC of the battery. Is there any way to program the NO2/NC2 dry port behavior ?

As per Manual it should be govern by "Gen charge start voltage/SoC" setting. Obviously it doesn't work. NO2 opens only when the inverter is powered off and stays closed regardless of "Gen charge start voltage/SoC" setting.

I believe same applies to NO1 - the Monitoring Site shows : "GEN Dry Contact: ON" when there is no Grid connected to the inverter regardless of the Gen charge start voltage/SoC setting in the system.

The "GEN Dry Contact: OFF" shows when the grid is connected to the system  - so in this case the contact works as as intended.

Tried "Gen charge start voltage/SoC" setting as voltage while in Lead Acid battery mode and SoC in Lithium1 battery mode - all same. Only powering down the inverter triggers NO2 dry contacts to open.

Just my observation.

UPDATE.

For some reason the COM1 NO1 and COM2 NO2 dry contacts started working today as per 5.8.2 of the Manual.

(Maybe the overnight system restart has something to do with it).

@EG4eric

Would it be possible to have the ability to program NO2 COM2 NC2 independently to GEN start/stop voltage/SoC settings ?

This is currently not possible.

Can it be put on the whish list for future firmware upgrades?

Dry Contact behavior governed by GEN start/stop voltage/SoC settings doesn't make much sense as the GEN contacts are already governed by thhat... just my 5 cents..
