I am trying to commission my new 12000 XP with a dongle that has a serial number starting with DJ. when I plug the dongle in the green Wi-Fi light flashes and I can find it in my phone Wi-Fi option and it connects with the message, not connected to the Internet, however when I go into the app and select dongle connect and click on the TCP option. It takes me back to the home screen with a search circle that just spins and spins never actually finding a Wi-Fi option. I am using a T-Mobile home Internet router, and I have brought it and placed it right next to the inverter to make sure the signal is strong. Additionally, I have tried to update the firmware by downloading it through the app on my phone and using the connect and update option, which had me select the TCP again and it did the same thing, never actually making a connection. I have held the reset button down on the dongle for 5, 10, 20 & 30 seconds and it never does anything. The green light just keeps flashing. am I doing something wrong, missing a step or is this dongle no good?
