EG4 18Kpv grid settings to suit Southafrica

I have recently installed an 18kpv but everytime I want to change the settings to suit southafrica grid code I keep getting an error code 3. Kindly assist on how I can go around this to suit my application.

Could you provide some additional information:

1 - What settings are you trying to change and to what values

2 - How are you trying to change them?  Web monitor, local app, or LCD screen?

3 - When you get error code 3, is there any additional information presented with the error?

Are you getting a warning 3 or an error 3?

A warning 3 would be that the inverter is failing to communicate with the meter.
