Hi All,

i am planing on putting together a pacakge for RV use. i have a question on the AC input.

Normally Camp site pedastals have 50A 120/240 split pahse connections, however some sites connect L1 and L2 together producing only 120v single pahse. so the question would be, how would the inverter handle this?

Since EG4 inverters were not designed for L1 and L2 to produce only 120V, it will likely not perform well, and the output power would be very limited if it operates. To my knowledge, this scenario has not been fully tested and would not be a recommended set up.
