Is there an update utility to apply this firmware update via RS485 cable to the auto-id batteries?  I've previously tried the one included in the with-dips Lifepower4 v2 firmware kit, but that utility doesn't recognize the auto-id batteries at all.

Bumping this thread, has there been any movement on this firmware?  My no-dip batteries dropped communications with the inverter yesterday according to the inverter's event log, and all 5 batteries drained down to 0%.  Further, since they are limiting charge to 15A, it is taking a monumental amount of time to charge back up.  As it stands, I can't rely on any of this brand new equipment to be ready for an outage, which was the whole reason I spent a ton of money on it.

@tsuga
We are currently working on a firmware release that will allow to update the firmware through Windows. In the meantime, I can update the battery firmware for you over-the-air (OTA) via the monitoring website.

@eg4eric Thank you for the update.  One of your colleagues on the tech support team did remote update my batteries, and they are now charging at expected rates.  Hoping to see that the changes to SOC logic improve standby behavior as well.
