Is it available for purchase yet?

Also I have  two 280ah indoor wallmount, can this be added using the parallel indoor cable?

Great news - Impressive evolution!

  • Could you please offer tech details about combing this unit with existing 280Ah Wallmount?
  • For instance this new unit has Active Balancing
  • How will the separate Wifi connectivity be leveraged
    • Just for Firmware upgrade? Or more data about battery performance (like cell level voltage to Monitoring server)?

Appreciate the accessibility of the BMS for long-term maintenance.

@t345

currently only available in US

Yes, however, you will need to set the New 314Ah indoor battery as the master battery and this configuration is not a UL9540 configuration.

I'm gathering more details on paralleling these batteries together and also about the Wi-Fi Antenna.

It does have active balancing.

is it likely that the 12000XP will get 9540 ESS certified with the new WallMount 314Ah battery?

(assuming the system has only the new 314Ah batteries and none of the old 280Ah batteries and no mixing).

Please expand on the 12000XP with 314Ah UL 9540 certification. Is it currently undergoing evaluation?

I will look into this, but at the moment I don't have any information on the 12000XP and the new WallMount battery being certified for UL 9540

@eg4eric is there any plan to get the combination of 314 and 280 batteries UL certified?

@eg4eric thanks.  Have 3 of the smaller and bought the larger without realizing they weren't completely compatible.  Surprised by that

@eg4eric Can you please offer or direct to Technical information on how the Active Balancers are set?

Balance Start Voltage, Balance Current (doc says 2-3A ... what circumstances causes it to be each), Balance Trigger Delta, Balance Stop Voltage?

Will any of these be configurable by the installer?

Finally, If necessary can this be activated/deactivated?

Appreciate your attention, looking forward to EG4's continued success in 2026!

@eg4eric announced some important improvements with new firmware for this battery.

How does someone upgrade that firmware wirelessly?

I’m looking into this and have consulted with our battery technicians. I’m currently waiting for their response.
