Hello Eric,
I opened a ticket with Customer Support Dec 24th

Understood! I did see the ticket; We have noticed this issue with other customers. We would like to roll back the firmware on the inverter to see if this stops this issue. If not, we can continue with the replacement option.
Sounds good Eric.
can I call you on a direct line, or can you call me tomorrow to help me load the older firmware.
or if I need tall call Tech Support, who should I ask for?
@solar1solo
I don’t have a direct line; however, you can call our tech support line and speak with any member of the support team and give them the ticket number so they can review the notes, or I can arrange for someone to call you directly, and they will already be familiar with your situation.
I can also perform a remote firmware update on the inverter, which typically takes 20–30 minutes or less, depending on the internet connection.
Let me know which option you prefer.
Thanks - please try the firmware update.
Do you plan to update both inverters, or just the Slave with the high speed fan?
Can you please phone or text me when you are about to begin, so I can go downstairs to monitor them.
