Having installed a 24K mini split system bundled with solar panels, After 4 months of operation, we came home to a failure of the line set connecting the compressor and the condensing unit @ the compressor. After contacting EG4, they offered to ship a replacement 16' replacement line set. After explaining to the very patient tech, Wyatt, that the unit needed to be vacuumed and recharged with R32 freon, he stated that neither the Refrigerant, or the service from an A/C guy would be covered in the repair. It is ridiculous that after a clearly manufactures failure of components that they will NOT pick up the repairs to return the unit to a working state.
