For six months I have been waiting for a company to finish the install of Gridboss and Flexboss 21 system. I apparently have to finish it myself. It is physical in place, inspected and commissioned. I'm listed, dongles, grid tied but little else. I have a propane generator that is installed and commissioned but not recognized by the Flexboss. Grid LEDs on, normal light flashing amber light on. No SOC on the battery. Should I hire a licensed professional?

If you send me your inverter's serial number, I can help you with the settings.

If you can, also share some pictures of how you have the generator connected to the Gridboss.

The Generator should be connected in the GEN ports on the Gridboss.
