@eric When I was finally able to get online this morning i noticed that the SOC on my batteries were wildly different (87 & 77%) after only about 14 hours of running.  I contacted Support and Ethan set the Inverter to use lead-acid, etc, etc.   The recommendation was to give it a week and call back or reset the battery to lithium.  So now we wait..

Thank you!

I apologize for the delayed response, but it looks like it's already resolving the balancing issue. Yes, letting it cycle a few days would be best.

@eric

Is the simultaneous flashing of the "run" lites a true indication that the sync operation is complete?  Just trying to double check some BS on another site.  I suggested the user come here to discuss issues with his EG4 product.

If the Run light is blinking, that would mean that the battery is charging or discharging.

Good Afternoon Eric, would you please set my inverter back to Lithium?  I forgot to reset before I left town this morning.  Thank You.

I will send you a screenshot as soon as I land to verify the changes are as you/we expected.

Thank You @eric and team.  This was as smooth as graphite grease.
